Vipingo Royal Homes

Completed in 2019, the Vipingo Holiday Homes project comprised the design and construction of 10 premium residential units situated in the serene coastal area of Vipingo, Kilifi County. The development was tailored to meet the growing demand for luxury holiday accommodation along Kenya’s North Coast.

Each unit was architecturally designed for comfort, sustainability, and aesthetic harmony with the coastal environment—featuring open-plan living spaces, modern finishes, ample natural lighting, and private outdoor areas.

The project scope covered site preparation, structural works, interior finishing, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical installations, all executed to high construction and safety standards.
