Looking Ahead - Strategic Planning with UNAA Leadership

Date: 3rd January 2026
Location: Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California

Two days before our departure from the United States, we received an invitation that would shape our future strategy: a final meeting with UNAA President Mr. Damien Kigoye at his office in Panorama City.A Meeting of Minds Mr. Kigoye was joined by two gentlemen who had expressed serious interest in our Kampala projects. The discussion was in-depth, focused, and highly productive. Both gentlemen committed to visiting our Kampala office in February 2026 to view our ongoing projects firsthand.A Wonderful Surprise Then came the moment that made this meeting even more special: Mr. Kigoye himself signed up as our second client for our gated community homes in Kira, Kampala. The President of the Ugandan North American Association—a leader who represents thousands of diaspora Ugandans—chose to invest with us. This endorsement speaks volumes about

the trust we’ve built and the standards we uphold.

The Road Ahead

Following brief strategic discussions, we agreed on a clear next step: the Orange Oak Leaf team will schedule another visit to Los Angeles in the near future to engage more Ugandan citizens and like-minded investors living in the United States and Canada.

Our Commitment

This is just the beginning. We’re not just building houses; we’re building a movement. A movement that says diaspora Uga

ndans deserve better. They deserve transparency, quality, and partners they can trust.

The bridge between the diaspora and home is now stronger than ever.
