The second Toll Brothers home we toured was nothing short of breathtaking—a stunning bungalow farmhouse perched on a hillside in Porter Ranch, offering panoramic valley views that left us speechless.
Architecture Excellence meets Modern Living
The design brilliantly infused classic architectural charm into a modern, open-flow layout. Every room flowed seamlessly into the next, creating a sense of space and tranquility that’s rare to find in bungalow designs.
Outdoor Living Redefined: The backyard was a showstopper: an infinity pool that seemed to merge with the valley horizon, creating a serene and captivating setting. The outdoor space featured: – A BBQ area (my personal -favorite!) perfect for entertaining -A separate lounge complete with a fireplace for cozy evenings-Thoughtful landscaping that maximized both privacy and views. Inside the home: The open kitchen floor plan flowed effortlessly into the living room, balancing functionality with elegance. What impressed us most was the inclusion of a dedicated office space—a rare and valuable feature in bungalow designs, especially in today’s work-from-home era.
A Moment to Pause
During this tour, I had to stop and simply take it all in. Standing poolside, overlooking the beautiful valley, I realized this was more than a house tour—it was a lesson in creating spaces where people don’t just live, but truly thrive. Once again, Elsie Kalule’s exceptional eye for luxury properties truly spoiled us with inspiration.
